BeKnownBy is an AI-assisted tool that drafts marketing copy (a "kit": a one-line point of view, three bios, content ideas, and a booking blurb) from the answers you provide to five questions.
It helps you describe creative work you have already made. It does not create your underlying creative work, and it is not a substitute for your own judgment.
You keep ownership of the answers you submit and of the kit text generated for you. We claim no ownership of your inputs or your kit.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any output. Because output is generated from your inputs by an AI language model, similar wording may be produced for other users. We do not guarantee that any output is unique or exclusive to you.
Output is produced by an AI language model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. It is provided on an "as is" basis.
We do not guarantee any result, including bookings, sales, press, representation, or audience growth. Review everything before you use it. You are responsible for what you publish.
You agree not to: submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or that you do not have the right to submit; use the Service to impersonate others or to mislead; attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or resell or redistribute the Service itself.
We may refuse or revoke access if the Service is misused.
The Service is provided to you free of charge. There is no fee to generate a kit, no subscription, and no account.
Because the Service is free, we provide it on a best-effort basis with no service-level commitment, and we may apply usage limits to keep it available to everyone. We may also add, change, or introduce paid features in the future; any paid feature will be clearly identified and optional, and these Terms will continue to govern the free Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue it, in whole or in part, at any time, without liability to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that output will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your inputs, your use of any output, or your breach of these Terms.
The Service relies on third parties including Anthropic (AI processing) and Vercel (hosting). Your use may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect when posted here with an updated date. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the change.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Michigan for any dispute.
